Russian Officials Advised to AVOID GMAIL

from Press TV:

Russian secret service agents have recently advised regional government officials across the country to stay away from foreign webmail services such as Google’s Gmail and instead use domestic ones.

Three independent unidentified sources with knowledge of the development have told the Russian political and business daily Izvestia that the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) sent a memo to the telecom authorities of Russia’s regions two weeks ago, strongly advising them against the use of Gmail and other overseas services.

Some local administrations in Russian southern Rostov region immediately followed the order. The recommendations came following the revelations by US intelligence whistleblower Edward Snowden of Washington’s spying and surveillance activities across the globe.

Is it safe? Radioactive Japanese wave nears US

by Maxim Lott, Fox News:

In the wake of the deadly tsunami that hit Japan in 2011 and severely damaged a nuclear reactor, Japanese officials say the levels of radiation are safe for everyone outside the reactor area itself. But as radioactive water from the plant nears the West Coast of North America — the water is expected to hit in 2014 — can we be sure it’s safe?

The nuclear reactor continues to leak radioactive water due to poor management, while Japanese subcontractors at the plant have admitted they intentionally under-reported radiation and that dozens of farms around Fukushima that were initially deemed safe by the government actually had unsafe levels of radioactive cesium.

Fukushima locals also claim they’re seeing cancer at higher rates and the Japanese government is covering up the scale of the problem.

Filer’s Files #48 – 2013 – President Washington’s Thanksgiving

by George A. Filer III, National UFO Center:

Many Americans are unaware that many people in the British Colonies were loyal to King George III and General Washington’s Army was barely able to fight effectively during the Revolutionary War.

At the start of the War in 1775, General George Washington took command of the Continental Army to fight King George III of England, then the world’s most powerful nation. The first general order issued to his pitifully few troops who had little hope of winning the war was:

“The General most earnestly requires and expects a due observance of those articles of war established for the government of the army, which forbid profane cursing, and drunkenness. And in like manner, he requires and expects of all officers and soldiers not engaged in actual duty, a punctual attendance of Divine Services, to implore the blessing of Heaven upon the means used for our safety and defense.”

Schools Are Obamacare For Children / By Joshua Katz / November 29, 2013

In 1992, the Republicans promoted a health care plan to compete with the White House’s Hillarycare.  In the end, neither was passed, and health care reform was taken off the table.  Upon taking office, Barak Obama, in direct contradiction to his campaign promises, picked up the Republican plan and passed it.  The Republicans are furious about this, referring to their own plan as socialist, Marxist, etc.  Libertarians can laugh at the entire spectacle – until we get sick, of course.

In any case, the most offensive and obviously illiberal part of the plan is the individual mandate.  A group of Attorneys General challenged that aspect of the law, arguing that it was unconstitutional to require people to purchase specific products from a small group of specific companies.  They were right, of course.  The Supreme Court ruled differently, of course.  Since the mandate does not have as a remedy jail time, but rather a fine, the Court simply redefined the fine as a tax, and ruled that the entire mandate falls under the power to tax.

Video / By Jeff Berwick

Hello from Acapulco Bay,

I am still here, but not for long, as I leave to Mexico City on Sunday night for a Monday interview by satellite with Max Keiser, then off to Miami for one night and then on to St. Kitts for the Liberty Forum conference on the beach with Peter Schiff, Doug Casey and many other greats to help to free some slaves.

As I wrote last weekend, I barely feel like I know my own family as they change so much during my sometimes month-long sojourns. This didn´t improve much even though I was here for an entire week this time around. I saw my wife for perhaps a total of a few hours, but it wasn’t entirely my fault. She spends about 4 hours per day in the gym and when she isn’t doing that there are always family and other things she has to take care of, like some of our businesses such as a condo company and hotel (and we sold two condos this week for bitcoins… if you have a business, you absolutely must offer your products in bitcoin. You can exchange for dollars very easily if you want – and subscribers will soon learn how I have easily been able to change millions of dollars worth of bitcoin for dollars with no transaction fees). And I, of course, work almost from the moment I awaken until I go to sleep so between her schedule and mine, even if I am “home”, our interactions are fleeting.

But I did see her today for about twenty minutes when she walked into my home office and found me mesmerized by my screen with my jaw agape. She spoke for at least 10 seconds before I even really heard her. She finally snapped her fingers in front of my eyes and I shook out of my trance.

“Hey!”, she said in Spanish, “That’s disrespect. I am talking to you!”

I apologized and said, “Oh, sorry… but, seriously, look at this and you will see why!”

I then clicked on this video.

A-Rod And Janet Yellen: What Valuation, Debt And The Fed Can Say About The Next Bear Market / By Tyler Durden / 11/30/2013 09:45

Submitted by F.F. Wiley of Cyniconomics

What Can Valuation, Debt and the Fed Tell Us about the Next Bear Market?

We last wrote about stock valuation in August, when we looked at three types of P/E multiples and argued that stocks were more stretched than you would think if you only relied on the simplest measure.

Since then, we’ve had the non-taper, non-Larry Summers Fed, non-Syria ultimatum, non-keeping your plan if you like it, and non-market bubble (according to Janet Yellen’s soon-to-be authoritative judgment).  You might say we’ve had an unusual amount of non-sense.

After all that’s happened – and with the S&P 500 (SPY) about 7% higher – it seems time to update our research. We’ll look at the three P/Es again as part of a new analysis that ties in credit markets and the Fed and ends with a prediction about the next bear market.

It’s True: Government is Aggressively Engaged in Gun Confiscation In the US / By Joshua Cook / November 30, 2013

A report from is claiming that New York gun owners are being sent letters from the N.Y.P.D. demanding them to surrender their guns which have feeding capacities that violate the 5round rule.

Below is an excerpt from the New York Ammunition and Firearms Enforcement Act (NY SAFE Act).

According to Kit Daniels, “The New York Police Department is now sending out notices to registered gun owners demanding that they give up their firearms, clear proof that gun registration leads to outright confiscations.”

Earlier this year, Canadian journalist Brian Lilley from Sun News warned Americans during his broadcast that gun “registration will lead to confiscation.”

Lilley described how the Canadian government systematically confiscated firearms from law abiding citizens: (1) create a national gun registry to track the sales of firearms, (2) pass laws that ban certain firearms, (3) notify gun owners that they have 30 days to surrender their registered firearms to local police.

CIA Controled CNN accused of censorship

The Russian ambassador to the United Nations claims that CNN censored his interview with Christiane Amanpour. Ambassador Vitaly Churkin says the news network made significant cuts to the lengthy interview that aired Tuesday night. The interview that aired cut out most of his comments on the situation in Syria, Churkin said. “The Amanpour team conducted a lengthy interview, making it clear that it was taped and would be cut down for length and time on-air. This is normal practice for taped interviews. We would never do anything to an interview that would alter its meaning,” CNN said in a statement. RT’s Meghan Lopez talks with Georgetown journalism professor Chris Chambers about the controversy, and whether or not the controversy will help the network’s flagging ratings.

Keiser Report: Drilling for Fraud

Max Keiser and Stacy Herbert discuss the breatharian diet in central banking where credit is created out of thin air and expected to sustain and nurture the economy. Max suspects that Ben Bernanke is walking on paper, Janet Yellen is doing a Travis Bickle (“You buying from me?”) and both are drilling for fraud with artificially low interest rates. In the second half, Max interviews Stacy Herbert and a red pepper, standing in for Jeremy Scahill, presenter of the documentary film, Dirty Wars. Max and Stacy discuss his film and ask why he didn’t follow the Dirty Money War or provide the context of the history of dirty wars where nuns and dissidents were thrown out of planes across Latin America

DHS Promotes Snitch Program ‘To Keep Shoppers Safe’

by Steve Watson, InfoWars:

The Department of Homeland Security is encouraging Americans to snitch on each other if they see anything “suspicious” at malls and shopping centres in New Hampshire this holiday season.

The agency is urging shop owners and shoppers to “report suspicious activity to local authorities”, as well as ramping up display propaganda, as part of its ‘If You See Something, Say Something’ campaign.

“At DHS, homeland security begins with hometown security. We’re all safer when everyone is alert and engaged…” an Orwellian sounding press release from the DHS states.

Several businesses have joined forces with the DHS to promote the snitch program, they include Mall of America, Walmart, Simon Property Group and the Building Owners
